Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Andrew Elsass, Associate Broker
He obtained his Real Estate license in May of 2019. Andrew comes from a real estate family where he has grown up around the business. His father, Kirk, has been in the real estate industry in Northwest Arkansas for over 30 years. Being around the real estate industry his entire life, he has learned all about the hard work, dedication, and clear communication that is required to take care of a customer in today’s market.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management & Marketing. Andrew also received a minor in Business Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After graduation, Andrew knew he wanted to pursue a career in the real estate industry but was unsure of where he would end up. In June of 2020, Andrew started full-time working with the Elsass & Co. group under Lindsey & Associates.
During his first two years as an agent, Andrew has been involved in residential real estate, commercial real estate, and property management. With over 25+ transactions during this time, Andrew has used the skills and knowledge he has learned from school, family, and the Lindsey & Associates team to help better serve his clients in today’s crazy market.
During his free time, Andrew enjoys playing many of the beautiful golf courses across the state. He often enjoys the outdoors by kayaking on the beautiful rivers in Arkansas, hunting and fishing, and hiking with his black lab in the Ozark Mountains. Andrew is a lifelong Arkansas Razorback fan and often attends Razorback sporting events to cheer on the Hogs.
